Rock Springs Ranch is located near King City, California. King City is on US 101 between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The ranch is privately owned and operated. It is both a game ranch and a cattle ranch. Our guide, my brother Rob, works and lives on the ranch. The ranch has spectacular views. Looking west are plains bounded by coastal mountains (Santa Lucia Range). Looking east is the San Joaquin Valley bounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. |

Right - The ranch has a number of roads. There has been lots of rain recently. Lots of road work had been done recently to repair damage from heavy rains.
