| American Wind Power Center and Windmill Museum is located in Lubbock, Texas. The museum is first rate. The displays are clear and well laid out. They have windmills outside turning in the wind. (Within a month or so they will have a wind turbine erected and connected to the electrical power grid.) There are even more windmills inside. The indoor windmills are setup so you can get close to them and see how they work. All very cool! | |
